The rooms were spacious. Rooftop view was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved the shuttle to and from town-especially coming back from shopping in the day-really nice touch!

Beautiful modern facility. Easy Parking. great location for our needs. Couldn't ask for better service from the staff. The room was quiet and spacious.

Have stayed here before. Rate was great. Paying $15/nt is frustrating. Room was pretty loud with traffic but nice and spacious room. Very quiet besides the traffic.

Loved our stay here in a large quiet room, and friendly helpful staff. List of local restaurants on display at the front desk, and only a short walk into town. Very clean facilities, highly recommended hotel.

This hotel came highly recommended by multiple family members who live outside Asheville. The location is excellent, and the town is fantastic. However, management did not come through when we needed them most.

Loved the location and the Roof Top Bar was awesome, also like the outside sitting area by the firepit. Customer service was great along with housekeeping and the beds were comfy.

Very nice corner room with fantastic view of mountains. Good parking area for downtown Asheville. It was 15.00 per day, but worth it. Great rooftop bar.

They forgot to clean our room (housekeeping) on Saturday morning. Also brought us up towels but not extra coffee for the next day or waters. I spoke to them several times but stated that housekeeping had left for the day.
