We chose it for the price, but the parking was very convenient. There was someone in the restaurant that offered a tray to carry coffee from the lobby to the room.

Very nice corner room with fantastic view of mountains. Good parking area for downtown Asheville. It was 15.00 per day, but worth it. Great rooftop bar.

They forgot to clean our room (housekeeping) on Saturday morning. Also brought us up towels but not extra coffee for the next day or waters. I spoke to them several times but stated that housekeeping had left for the day.

Location was great! My husband and I used the shuttle service to find places to eat and watch live music. Then we walked back after. Roof top restaurant had an amazing view. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Next time we go to Ashville, we will stay at the Hilton Garden Downtown.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful location, at the intersection of two main roads in town, and near the interstate. Great breakfast at really good prices. Parking just outside the front door. Spacious room with comfortable bed.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable and quiet. The Hotel offers a shuttle taxi between 3pm and 11pm which we used a couple of times, this was a great service to provide for guests. The roof top bar was a nice touch and a great place to chill at the end of a long day sight seeing.
